Certification
Where you go after learner
Three tracks for practitioners who want to go further: deepen a craft, teach it, or assess it. Each track has published entry requirements, evidence requirements and a signed platform credential at the end.
Track 1
Production Specialist
Deep competence in one production discipline — camera, lighting, vision mixing, sound or editing.
12–20 weeks · 120 verified hours
Track 2
Training Facilitator
Teach television production: plan sessions, run a safe studio floor with learners, and give useful feedback.
10–14 weeks · 80 verified hours
Track 3
Evidence Assessor
Judge other people's evidence consistently, defensibly and without bias — and sign it off.
8–12 weeks · 60 verified hours
How the tracks fit together
Everyone starts as a learner on a pathway. Once you hold verified hours across the core production roles you can enter the specialist track in a discipline. Specialists with teaching experience move into the facilitator track, and experienced facilitators into the assessor track, which carries sign-off authority over other learners' evidence in the platform.
What the credential is — and is not
Each track ends in a TV Studio Path credential: signed, hash-stamped and publicly verifiable by serial. It records what you completed on this platform. It is not a national qualification and we do not claim third party recognition on your behalf. Use it as portfolio evidence.
