Ask something else›Do I need real studio equipment to use TV Studio Path?
No. Every lab has a browser-based virtual studio equivalent — a 3D studio floor and gallery with camera rigs, lighting, talent, vision mixer and monitor wall — so you can complete the drills on a laptop.
›How long does a pathway take?
It depends on the pathway and how much time you give it. Each module lists its expected weeks, and your Progress dashboard tracks completion so you can pace yourself.
›What is a portfolio of evidence?
It is the collection of proof that you can do the work: lab deliverables, recordings, rubric scores, quiz results and logbook hours signed off by a mentor. You can export it for interviews or assessment.
›How do certificates work?
When you complete every required module and lab in a pathway and pass its final assessment, a certificate is issued automatically. Each one carries a document hash and issuer signature, and anyone can check it on the public verification page.
›Can an employer verify my certificate?
Yes. Every certificate has a serial and a QR code that opens a public verification page showing the recipient, pathway, issue date and whether the signature is intact.
›Is TV Studio Path an accredited qualification?
TV Studio Path issues its own platform credentials, not a national qualification. They are designed to sit alongside an accredited provider's process as portfolio evidence.
›Who signs off my logbook hours?
A mentor or an approved workplace supervisor. You submit an entry, they verify or return it with a note. Once verified, the entry is locked.
›Is there a free way to try the platform?
Yes — the free trial lesson runs a complete module end to end, including a virtual lab drill, with no account required to read it.
›What does the AI tutor do?
It answers questions using the lesson material, explains concepts in a different way when you are stuck, and suggests which lab to do next based on your progress.
›How is my data handled?
Account data, progress and submissions are stored to run the service. Engagement analytics are off by default and only run if you opt in from the footer controls. See the privacy page for detail.
