Terms of use

One account per person. Keep your credentials secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Accounts with mentor or administrator roles carry additional obligations and may be required to use two-factor authentication.

• Be civil in the forum. Harassment, hate speech and spam are removed and can end your access.
• Do not upload material you have no right to share.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the platform.

Logbook hours, portfolio evidence and assessment answers must be your own work. Submitting hours you did not work, or evidence you did not produce, voids the affected credential. Mentors may return an entry for correction at any point before sign-off.

Certificates issued by TV Studio Path record completion of a pathway on this platform. They are signed and publicly verifiable, but they are not a national qualification and we make no claim that a third party will recognise them. We may revoke a credential obtained through misrepresentation.

You keep ownership of the work you submit. You grant us permission to store and display it where the platform needs to — to your mentors, in your portfolio, and in your exported records. Course material, labs and the virtual studio remain the property of TV Studio Path.

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the curriculum evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
