  • ▸Run a studio floor safely with novice operators on live equipment
  • ▸Demonstrate a technique, then scaffold it down to an unfamiliar learner
  • ▸Give feedback against a rubric rather than personal preference
  • ▸Adapt delivery when learners have no access to physical gear

  • ▸Two recorded or observed teaching sessions with mentor commentary
